Retrospective

NOTE:
This page is a work in progress, which will gradually take on some sort of chronological order. In the meantime, I'll be selecting past work somewhat randomly and adding a few notes about it.

These two collages are from the late 1980s. They express simple shapes from the urban environment and are made with vine charcoal and various papers. The size is approximately 11x11". The series was exhibited at the Queen Mother Café in Toronto, Ontario from March 7-26, 1988.

This series of watercolours was based on mostly residential buildings and was also created in the late 1980s. A selection was exhibited at the Palmerston Restaurant in the fall of 1980. The City of Toronto Collection purchased a piece from that exhibition and the Crown Life Collection commissioned me to paint their headquarters.
