Lockdown Series 2020
The series began with a photograph of an urban back alley, taken during the pandemic lockdown. Overall, a pattern of core and cast shadow caught my eye. This pattern became the basic template for sixteen drawings, each exploring the the variety of possibilities within the larger, locked-down shape.
